My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were exactly as advertised on the booking app, and the presence of a mini-fridge was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate in Raleigh/Durham, offering easy access to explore the area. The rooms are decent, although a bit dated, with a noisy air conditioning unit. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some minor issues with computer systems. The dining options are limited to a bagged meal for an extra fee, which may not be to everyone's liking.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and the staff, including JR, Effie, Mindy, Christina, and the new girls, were very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for our travel needs, right off the interstate and close to RDU airport. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking with only a bagged meal available at an extra fee and no coffee provided.
